- 1 cup red wine (I used merlot)
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 cup pure maple syrup (or agave)
- fresh juice from 1/2 of a lime
- In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and add a popsicle stick. (Makes 8-10 popsicles)
- Freeze for about 4-5 hours.
