    Chunky Grain Free Granola

    Holy moly. Beware.

When I say this vegan Chunky Grain Free Granola is ADDICTING, I’m not kidding in the least. I must hold myself back from eating the entire batch. Or do I?

Yes probably because I want to sprinkle those gorgeous clusters on tomorrow’s fruit and coconut yogurt bowl. Or snack on it by the handful. Or sprinkle it on some ice cream. Or pour some almond milk over it for homemade granola cereal. Or eat it for dinner. Kidding.

While my former Sugar Free Cinnamon Crunch Granola recipe is delish… it contains oats which are not agreeing with me right now! It’s also not cluster-y because its sugar free. Now I’m all about that #sugarfreelife for happy hormones and balanced blood sugar but sometimes, you just want those scrumptious granola clusters! And the only way to do that is to use a sticky sweetener like maple syrup (or honey if not vegan).

So here we are with a new and improved granola recipe that you will come back to time and time again.

It’s just TOO perfect. Crunchy, sweet and salty clusters, infused with cinnamon. Only 5 minutes of prep and 20 minutes in the oven…. your kitchen will smell like absolute heaven. Refined sugar free, gluten free, oil free and all the things. Feel free to swap in/out any kind of nut or seed you want to. It’s very flexible! And that’s all you really need to know.

Enjoy, and let me know what you think in the comments below!

Vegan, gluten free, cluster-y and so darn delicious. This Chunky Grain Free Granola will knock your socks off. Its seriously addicting!

    Ingredients

    Scale

    1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped

    1 cup almonds, roughly chopped

    1 cup cashews, roughly chopped

    1 cup flaked coconut

1/2 cup pepitas (or sunflower seeds)

    2 tablespoons chia seeds (optional)

    3/4 cup almond flour

    2 teaspoons cinnamon

    1 teaspoon sea salt

    1/2 cup maple syrup

    Instructions

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients using a rubber spatula, and mix until well coated and sticky!

Transfer to the lined baking sheet and press it out in a flat layer using the spatula.

Bake for 15 minutes then mix granola around using the spatula. Bake for another 5 minutes. Allow to cool. It will firm up once it cools down!

      This looks amazing!

Will it work if I use regular flour or does it have to be almond flour? Also, is almond flour just ground up almonds in a blender or food processor until it looks like flour? Thank you!

I Make this for our Family Weekly. My toddler loves it. We add It to almond milk w/ some berrys, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and ground flax. His new favorite “cocos” Makes me feel better that he chooses this and healthy seeds and berries for breakfast over high sugar cereal. He is actually getting full and getting lots of good nutrients and protein as well as fats. I love it as well. I feel so energetic, full and balanced.

I learned so much about my body after reading your book, and have eagerly embraced the idea of eating for your cycle. Thank you for sharing this recipe! I have been thinking of ways to spice up dairy-free yogurt and this is going at the top of the list. I can’t wait to try it next week!

& my hair needed SERIOUS HELP. It was super oily & my hair needed SERIOUS HELP.

It was super oily and greasy with buildup from past products. I was washing daily… and just unhappy with the dullness and lack of volume. That has since changed!

Aside from getting transformed hair, this opportunity allows motivated women to have another income source. It allows mamas to have the best of both worlds - their own income while raising their babies (if you’re in that phase of life). It provides social media training, so much guidance and support (you’re never doing it alone), earned confidence and most importantly, community. Some of my best friends are here now because we talk daily and know everything about each other’s lives! Surrounding yourself with like-minded successful women can turn your life around. I’m not kidding. You are who you surround yourself with. It’s more than just shampoo.

All it takes is deciding YES and stepping out of your comfort zone. Don’t let life pass you by. Stop wondering and start taking action! 🥂

If you’re ready, DM me BIZ and let’s chat 💞

what healing looks like 🌼🩷 I starts out my what healing looks like 🌼🩷

I starts out my morning with a bunch of supplements to eliminate parasites and bacteria and repair my gut while supporting my liver and gallbladder. Next I make a protein smoothie with vanilla whey protein powder and a custom supplement to support my deficiencies. And lastly my creamy dandy blend latte because I’m not drinking coffee right now.

This is what works for me right now! I also have gf toast usually from @awgbakery. I’ve had to eliminate so many things but it’s all for good reason, to reduce all the inflammation. I’m working with @lifelabwellnessco if you would like your own custom plan and testing 🙏🏼 should I share more videos like this?
