Whipped caffeine-free and vegan latte. Delicious and bold. It’s magic in a cup!
3 tablespoons dandy blend
1 1/2 tablespoons coconut sugar
3 tablespoons hot water
Plant based milk of choice (I used soy milk)
In a mixing bowl, combine the dandy blend, coconut sugar and hot water. Using a hand electric mixer, mix for about 10-15 minutes (yes it takes that long ha). It will slowly thicken and turn into a lighter brown color. Have patience!
Add ice to your glass and fill it with your choice of plant-based milk, leaving 2-3 inches at the top. Then spoon the dandy blend foam on top of the milk.
Stir with a straw to combine and enjoy!
