    I’ve busted out my fuzzy socks and array of slippers. Some have polka dots or stripes, some have dogs or Christmas trees (yes I am 5 years old still), some are neon or leopard, but all of them have a story. They’ve all been gifted to me by special people in my life who know I’m obsessed with thick, fuzzy socks and slippers of all kinds! I love all of them and they occupy my footsies 24/7 from this moment on until spring. Brrrrr. 

    there is always something to be thankful for

    Now is the time when I start reflecting on all of the happenings from the past year. We are soon approaching a fresh start and I can’t help but feel lucky that I’m surrounded by incredible people. Especially my family. My parents and two loving grandma’s have supported all of my ideas and dreams from this past year, which has been a whirlwind. I wouldn’t be where I am today without them! My incredible mom helps me in more ways than she knows and I’m so thankful for her words and her faith in me. Marty has been my love, my best friend and my encouragement to not just dream but actually do the work to make your dreams a reality. He never stops which inspires me to challenge myself and make things happen. I can’t wait to see what our next chapter has in store.

    I’m more than thankful for this blog and for all of you. You have supported me throughout this journey and I’m so happy to have connected with like-minded healthy and beautiful people. We are all making a difference and spreading the love about living plant-based. This lifestyle has given me so much and it’s about way more than just the yummy food. It’s about being mindful, seeing the world in a different light and practicing a healthy, balanced relationship with yourself and those around you. The Glowing Fridge has been my lifesaver this year. It has helped me to feel adequate and fulfilled; it has brought me pure happiness and gets my booty out of bed everyday. It’s a place where I fit in and feel a tremendous amount of support from, every single day. This community is truly amazing and powerful! I know in my heart that we are doing big things and hopefully inspiring everyone along the way. I’m so grateful.

    20 THINGS I’VE LEARNED: 1. You can do hard thin 20 THINGS I’VE LEARNED:

1. You can do hard things. 
2. Stay consistent. 
3. Don’t give up.
4. Stay consistent. Again.
5. People will quit, don’t take it personally.
6. TV is a time suck (I haven’t watched TV since I started 🙃)
7. This business isn’t for everyone (only the hustlers).
8. Girls are desperate for community and support.
9. Moms especially need support like this.
10. Making your own money is security.
11. Making your own money is powerful.
12. The trips are life changing.
13. You can multitask.
14. Your friends probably won’t support you. That’s okay.
15. You have to be a little bit delusional with your vision and belief. 
16. Go for it. Dream big.
17. Stay consistent.
18. Ask for help from your mentor.
19. Do the uncomfortable things. Keep doing them.
20. Remember why you started 🙏🏼

I starts out my morning with a bunch of supplements to eliminate parasites and bacteria and repair my gut while supporting my liver and gallbladder. Next I make a protein smoothie with vanilla whey protein powder and a custom supplement to support my deficiencies. And lastly my creamy dandy blend latte because I’m not drinking coffee right now.

This is what works for me right now! I also have gf toast usually from @awgbakery. I’ve had to eliminate so many things but it’s all for good reason, to reduce all the inflammation. I’m working with @lifelabwellnessco if you would like your own custom plan and testing 🙏🏼 should I share more videos like this?
