Ingredients
1 flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flaxseed + 3 tablespoons water)
1/2 cup + 2 tablespoons almond flour
1/4 cup coconut flour
1/4 cup monkfruit sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
pinch of sea salt

1 tablespoon monkfruit sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
In a small bowl, combine the flaxseed and water. Set aside for 10-15 minutes to turn into a “gel”.
In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut flour, monkfruit, cinnamon and sea salt. Next stir in the wet ingredients – the flax egg, coconut oil, vanilla and liquid stevia.
Roll mixture into 7-8 donut holes.
In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and monkfruit to make “cinnamon sugar”. Roll the donut holes in the sugar.
