Is this weird?
Is it awkward to share my most recent Amazon order?! I don’t know!!
The thing is, I kind of love to see what my fave wellness people are buying, whether it be from Amazon, Target, Whole Foods, Sephora, etc. I need to see what they’re ordering, like yesterday. Maybe I’m missing out on something I absolutely NEED, ya know?
They’re definitely buying things I don’t even know I need yet.
I’ve actually had a few requests to share what I order, after posting about my Amazon deliveries on insta stories. So here’s a peek inside! I think I’ll continue posting these if you guys like them so do let me know and I hope you had the best Thanksgiving!!
My Recent Amazon Order:
-
Dandy Blend Herbal Coffee Alternative:
Dandy Blend herbal coffee really is the best. After stirring it into hot water, the top gets frothy, even before I add almond milk or creamer!! This is my favorite to sip on in the afternoon when I want caffeine (but know I don’t need it and I’m better off without it) – ya know what I mean? It legit has the full-bodied coffee flavor, with a slight natural sweetness from roasted dandelion and chicory roots. Dandy Blend contains no caffeine, no bitterness, no pesticides, no GMO’s, no gluten and nothing artificial. It really is the perfect herbal coffee alternative!
Here’s the ingredients: extracts of roasted barley, rye, chicory root, dandelion root and sugar beets
*Cinnamon Coconut Dandy Latte*: I like to heat up a mug filled with half water and half coconut milk. Then I add 1 heaping teaspoon of Dandy Blend + 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon and froth it up using my lovely frother tool (only $10!). It’s delish, just sweet enough and really does the trick! You could always add maple syrup or coconut sugar too, if you want it sweeter.

Liquid B-12 Energizer:
When you need a quick energy boost, methylcobalamin to the rescue! One can never have enough B12 or B-vitamins in general. Our bodies use them up constantly and we can easily become depleted, so I love to supplement with this liquid B12 from Why Not. All you do is fill up one dropper and squeeze the liquid under your tongue, then hold for 30 seconds and swallow. It has a pleasant cherry taste and is easily (and quickly!) absorbed in the body. I take it when I’m feeling groggy or before a workout!

Blue Light Blocking Glasses:
I heard about these glasses from one of Alisa Vitti’s Facebook Live sessions. She wears them from 7pm until bedtime to block out any blue light from any type of screen, whether it be from the tv, laptop, phone etc. This may seem extreme but the blue light can really interrupt our bodies natural sleep patterns and hormone production, which is something we do not want to mess with. I downloaded the f.lux app which blocks the blue light on my laptop when I’m working at night. While it does turn the screen yellow at night, it does the job and I don’t have to worry.
I also enabled the night shift on my iphone which does the same thing. So basically, these glasses are for the tv!! They look kinda funny, but who cares?? Deep sleep is more important anyway.

GG’s Fiber Raisin & Honey Crackers:
Honey is not vegan, I know, but honey is the one exception I make from time to time. Don’t hate! Honey has serious healing properties. Anyways, these GG fiber crackers are the BEST! Lauryn from The Skinny Confidential raves about them all the time, so of course I had to buy them too (she’s such a babe). They taste bland on their own, yes, but geez do they keep you full. Talk about the best filling snack ever. I top the Raisin crackers with almond butter and banana and they’re heavenly.
GG’s also makes plain crackers if you’re craving more savory flavors. For the plain crackers, I love adding Kite Hill cream cheese, cucumber and red pepper flakes. SO GOOD you guys! For breakfast, I’ll often eat 3-4 crackers alongside a vegan protein shake and I’m good for hours. ***Just be sure to drink tons of water before eating them and throughout the day, otherwise going to the bathroom might be difficult if ya know what I mean. It’s all that fiber! Water is your friend.

Nutiva Coconut Manna:
Coconut butter is my one true love. It tastes like fluffy, creamy coconut clouds sent straight from the heavens. Talk about dreamy. My love for it started after I began incorporating more fats into my plant based diet, after trying to balance my hormones naturally. I literally eat spoonfuls of this coconut manna out of the jar because of all the good fats in coconut!! My ‘Two Ingredient Mini Coconut Butter Cups’ are also my absolute favorite sweet treat, every day of the week!!

Vega Protein & Greens in Berry flavor
My tried and true vegan protein powder that I keep coming back to. I try and try other brands, but they never live up to Vega!! My favorite flavors are Berry and Coconut Almond. Mmmm. I add protein powder to muffins or smoothies, or drink it plain mixed in water and it never gets old.
Cactus Socks from Living Royal. The delish latte is the Dandy Blend recipe listed above. The yummy muffin is my ‘Flourless Pumpkin Protein Muffin’ recipe!
Well that’s it for this week’s order, LOL. Amazon loves me because I order from them weekly… ugh.
What did you last order from Amazon that we need to know about?! Leave us a comment below and please let me know if you like these types of posts!!

How did you like those glasses? I’ve tried a number of them, but each has given me more of a headache than before.

not weird at all, i LOVE seeing people’s hauls!! i’ve been meaning to order those gg crackers (i heard lauryn rave about them, too!) since my mom used to eat them when we were little. coconut butter is also on my list, as is that dandy blend! i’ve heard really good things and i’m trying to cut back on my caffeine intake. it bothers me that i rely on it so heavily!! p.s. obsessed with those cactus socks!

Oh my goodness, those socks are too cute 🙂

Do you use full fat coconut milk for your latte?
Shannon Leparski
You definitely could use full-fat or light, I used the unsweetened full-fat coconut milk in a small carton (by the non-refrigerated almond milk). Really though, you could use any kind of dairy-free milk!
