I take it a step further and add the Vega Hydrator to my water, with 1/2 fresh lemon! I love the extra flavor and I feel like it absorbs even better. It’s the perfect refreshing drink in the summer or after a sweaty workout! I also have been drinking it in the morning if I’m feeling run-down.
24 ounces of filtered water
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced (sometimes I use a whole lemon too, if its small)
1 scoop of Vega Sport Hydrator powder in Berry
ice cubes (optional)
Mix all ingredients together in a large mason jar and enjoy!
