- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 2 teaspoons coconut flour (or any flour; to thicken)
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together until well combined.
- Pour over salad and toss.
