Vegan Poppyseed Dressing


  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • 2 teaspoons coconut flour (or any flour; to thicken)
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • pepper, to taste


  1. In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk together until well combined.
  2. Pour over salad and toss.
  3. Enjoy!
