Ahhh I am SO excited for you!! The cover looks beautiful and I am sure the whole guide is just perfect! I have been doing some researching and I want to ease into being fully plant based. I am figuring out the comparisons between vegan and plant based. Let me know if you have any advice on this. I think it is time for me to say goodbye to all this junk food I’ve been eating :/

Thanks love! Yea I know what you mean, it’s all a balancing act but the processed foods and vegan specialty items can veer away from the whole foods plant based idea, ya know? I think you eat pretty good! In my guide, I talk about how some vegans eat the fake meat products and cheeses, or things like oreos and special vegan snacks/desserts which are all very processed as you know, so I guess staying away from those would help! But I really like popcorn haha, I’m not sure what that category that falls under?! I’ve been paying close attention to every single food label I come in contact with and just avoid anything that sounds weird/idk what the f it is lol. Even my favorite hummus and cooked lentils from trader joe’s have additives so I had to give those up 🙁 it’s not easy but I feel much better when I stay away from the additives and chemicals.
