Hope you guys liked the Mermaid Face Mask from yesterday.. so much fun to wear and so deeply nourishing for our skin. I’m all about DIY face masks lately and my skin is loving it.
Since it’s Wednesday and all, it’s only appropriate to share another ‘What I Ate’ video and vlog for some healthy mid-week inspiration.
I know eating plant based can be hard at first.. getting acclimated to this lifestyle and figuring it all out can take time so I hope to share some insight into what a full day of eating can look like. I try to keep it simple and easy, incorporating lots of colors and variety throughout the day. Every day is different!

Also, I’ve been experiencing MAJOR skin issues lately. Inflammed acne along my jaw line, which makes me think its hormonal. I started using a raw probiotic and don’t remember if that caused any issues, but I’ve recently swithed to the country life b12 and probiotic and I think the probiotic may be whats causing me such terrible discomfort. It’s all an experiment right now. I tried this mermaid mask and it instantly helped with the pain and inflammation!
I was disappointed that i couldn’t try the Mermaid face mask being a vegan i don’t use honey is there a substitute that would work just as well…….love your blog
