1 cup cashews (soaked in hot water for 5 minutes)
1/2 cup water
4-ounce can of diced green chiles
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon lemon juice (or apple cider vinegar)
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Soak cashews for 5-10 minutes in hot water. Drain and rinse.
Add all ingredients to blender jar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
