Description
Healthier french fries made with a high-heat healthier oil instead of the processed vegetable oils. Crispy and seriously delicious!
Ingredients
5–6 small yukon gold potatoes
1/2 tablespoon avocado oil (or coconut oil)
1 teaspoon paprika
pinch of sea salt and pepper
Instructions
Wash, dry and cut potatoes lengthwise into french fry strips or wedges.
Season by mixing potatoes in a mixing bowl with the avocado oil, paprika, sea salt and pepper.
Transfer to the air fryer basket, turn the air fryer on and press the french fry icon. Or, set at 400 degrees for 12-16 minutes. Halfway into cooking, remove basket and shake french fries for even cooking.
Serve alongside my nacho cheese sauce or organic natural ketchup.
