Vegan ‘Holiday White Peppermint Smoothie’. Creamy and frosty-like with hints of peppermint flavor, this healthy breakfast smoothie is full of healthy fats and protein to keep you going this holiday season!


  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut or almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla plant protein
  • 2 tablespoons coconut butter (or 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut)
  • 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract

optional add-ins

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed


  1. Add all ingredients to a high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Top with shredded coconut (looks like snow!) and/or berries.
  4. Enjoy!
