When more coffee isn’t the answer, but you are craving it like crazy! Make this sugar-free coffee replacement drink instead to help lessen the anxiety that can come from caffeine!
1.5 cups filtered water
1/2 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon mct oil (or coconut oil; optional)
2-3 tablespoons dandy blend (I like 3 for a coffee taste)
1/2 teaspoon reishi (optional)
1/2 tablespoon monkfruit sweetener
1 tablespoon maple syrup (from choczero)
5-6 stevia drops for extra sweetness
Warm the water.
Froth the almond milk and mct oil using a frother or handheld frother tool.
Add dandy blend, reishi, monkfruit, choczero syrup and stevia to a mug. Pour hot water in the mug and stir until well combined. Then pour in the frothy almond milk.
