    Why did I create a Vegan Starter Guide?

    I created this handbook to promote my passion for living plant based, answer your questions providing information based on facts and show you how to go about this lifestyle change. Why? Because living plant based changed ALL aspects of my life.

    There?s an overload of information online regarding diet and what you should/shouldn?t do?. it can be confusing, misleading and downright wrong. So this guide tells it like it is and every objection or concern you probably have has been outlined – I made sure of it! Every stage of transition and what you may be feeling/thoughts you may be having is outlined. Everything I live by is written in this ebook, in an honest form. No sugar coating, no nonsense.

    Going vegan (or plant based, rather) can be daunting and scary. How will I live without animal products? How will I go out to eat? How will people react to me? It all stems from fear and negative connotations that society has tagged onto the word “vegan”. This book is to stomp on any fears you may have and inspire healthy change.

    The recipes are seriously delicious!       I purchased your Glow Effect Guide. Love your recipes! I was going to make the PB Choco Chip Banana Oat Bars the other day and the recipe called for adding applesauce but applesauce was left out of the ingredient list. I was wondering how much applesauce is needed.

        I know, I apologize for that. You are looking at the older version of the guide but you need 1/3 cup of applesauce.

      Hi Shannon-

      Your blog is such an inspiration to me! Partly because of your blog, over the past several months, I have been increasingly becoming more and more interested in trying a total vegan lifestyle. I eat mostly vegan now except for eggs and a nightly animal protein portion. I would like to purchase your vegan starter guide but wanted to ask you a few questions first. When you first went vegan, did you notice any changes in your body composition? I would like to maintain my lean muscle. Is this possible? Also, I am not able to eat most legumes and most high FOD-MAP foods, such as apples. Will this pose a problem?

      I am sorry for such a long post but I would really appreciate hearing your thoughts!

      Help I purchased this vis PayPal and it downloaded fine on my tablet but saw it can’t be openEd. Any ideas about why? Have you gotten this from others?

8. Girls are desperate for community and support.
9. Moms especially need support like this.
10. Making your own money is security.

12. The trips are life changing.
13. You can multitask.
14. Your friends probably won’t support you. That’s okay.

I starts out my morning with a bunch of supplements to eliminate parasites and bacteria and repair my gut while supporting my liver and gallbladder. Next I make a protein smoothie with vanilla whey protein powder and a custom supplement to support my deficiencies. And lastly my creamy dandy blend latte because I’m not drinking coffee right now.

This is what works for me right now! I also have gf toast usually from @awgbakery. I’ve had to eliminate so many things but it’s all for good reason, to reduce all the inflammation. I’m working with @lifelabwellnessco if you would like your own custom plan and testing 🙏🏼 should I share more videos like this?
