    my 1-month transformation 🤯 I didn’t realize my 1-month transformation 🤯

I didn’t realize how much brighter it’s gotten until i took these photos today 🤯🤯 I’ve never colored my hair, ever. My hair color changed postpartum. So this is huge for me because my hair was definitely getting darker and was feeling so BLAH. Super oily, greasy, tons of buildup. I was needing to use harsh clarifying shampoo once in a while to cleanse but this was making my scalp MAD because it was stripping the oils, so then my scalp was overproducing oils and I was a total grease ball 😣 living in a bad cycle with clarifying shampoo, non toxic shampoo and toxic dry shampoo. On top of having extremely hard water… what a mess.

• shampoo choice matters. stop using crappy products. I learned this the hard way!
• weekly oil treatments to rebalance the oils
• prioritize scalp health by nourishing and using the right products FOR YOUR HAIR TYPE 
• use my heat protectant!!!! it actually works.
• stop using toxic dry shampoo. it’s messing with your scalp and causing irritation let alone really messing with hormones
