    What I Ate Wednesday

    Jul 23, 2014 • What I Ate

Good morning, loves! I am happy to share another What I Ate Wednesday post today. Let me know if you enjoy these types of posts or if I should share something different. I would love to hear the opinions from my lovely readers! I was thinking of doing a “How I Motivate Myself to Workout” type of post with a list. Let me know what you think in the comments!

After my 22 oz. of water with fresh lemon juice (from 1/2 of a large lemon) I had a cup of coffee with almond coconut milk and coconut sugar. Yesterday was hotttt so I made a huge mason jar full of mango banana “nice cream” and it was heavenly. I love nice cream because it gives me a ton of energy and fills me up for a while. Frozen bananas are the best thing ever created.

Want to make this nice cream? I think you should. Get 3 frozen, ripe, sliced bananas and place in high-speed blender or food processor with about 1/2  cup (or more if needed) of almond milk. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour half of that mixture into your mason jar or cup. Add 1 fresh mango to the blender along with 1 more frozen, sliced banana and a little more almond milk. Blend until smooth and layer on top! Add some granola or whatever you please. I go through a lot of bananas.. I am thinking about just buying a big box and freezing all of them once they are ripe so I don’t have to keep running to the store! #veganproblems

That nice cream gave me so much energy I had to workout! I did Fitness Blender’s Leg Slimming Pilates workout – twice through. And then did their No-Equipment Upper Body video. I am feeling it today.. ha. After that, I noticed these peaches were about to go bad if I waited until the next day to eat them, so I sliced up 2 of them and snacked on those!

For lunch I made a veggie pasta salad with ditalini pasta, black beans, green pepper, red pepper, corn, celery and hemp hearts along with a homemade cumin dressing. Yum! I also finished up some leftover kale salad.

For dinner I made a little side salad to go with these roasted potatoes and brussels sprouts. Side salad was spinach, 1 tomato, and hemp hearts, drizzled with balsamic vinegar. Marty was eating tempeh so I may have had a few bites of that 😉

That’s it! I am going to make some nice cream now, I love it too much. Happy Wednesday ? and let me know what you think! Do you like these kinds of posts? Should I share something different? What are your favorite/typical meals in a day?

I love these posts! They’re great for giving me ideas to switch up my daily eats. I tend to be a creature of habit so need the help! The nice cream and pasta salad look great! We go through loads of bananas in our house too between me, my toddler, and husband. They’re just too darn good.

& my hair needed SERIOUS HELP. It was super oily & my hair needed SERIOUS HELP.

It was super oily and greasy with buildup from past products. I was washing daily… and just unhappy with the dullness and lack of volume. That has since changed!

Aside from getting transformed hair, this opportunity allows motivated women to have another income source. It allows mamas to have the best of both worlds - their own income while raising their babies (if you’re in that phase of life). It provides social media training, so much guidance and support (you’re never doing it alone), earned confidence and most importantly, community. Some of my best friends are here now because we talk daily and know everything about each other’s lives! Surrounding yourself with like-minded successful women can turn your life around. I’m not kidding. You are who you surround yourself with. It’s more than just shampoo.

All it takes is deciding YES and stepping out of your comfort zone. Don’t let life pass you by. Stop wondering and start taking action! 🥂

If you’re ready, DM me BIZ and let’s chat 💞

what healing looks like 🌼🩷 I starts out my what healing looks like 🌼🩷

I starts out my morning with a bunch of supplements to eliminate parasites and bacteria and repair my gut while supporting my liver and gallbladder. Next I make a protein smoothie with vanilla whey protein powder and a custom supplement to support my deficiencies. And lastly my creamy dandy blend latte because I’m not drinking coffee right now.

This is what works for me right now! I also have gf toast usually from @awgbakery. I’ve had to eliminate so many things but it’s all for good reason, to reduce all the inflammation. I’m working with @lifelabwellnessco if you would like your own custom plan and testing 🙏🏼 should I share more videos like this?
