    I’m writing to share the deets on a free mood and hormone cycle tracking app called Moody Month. I’ve been using and testing it out for a while now and think it will be so helpful in your wellness journey! Moody Month is filled with endless information to help you navigate through all of your (sometimes tricky) phases and hormone fluctuations.

    Think of it as your hormone’s best friend.

    The Moody Month app is designed to help women connect to their bodies, hormones and moods, to improve their mind-body connection and wellbeing. It does this using information from your menstrual cycle, physical stats, and regular logs and then provides daily insights into what is happening with your hormones, what phase of your cycle you are in and why you may be feeling a certain way. How amazing is that?! This is the future of period tracking apps. I find it dives deeper than any of the other period apps I’ve tried.

    There is a daily feed where you can discover insights and support from a team of women?s health experts including endocrinologists, neuroscientists, nutritionists and personal trainers. There’s also monthly reports allowing you to recognize your body’s unique patterns so you can reflect and learn from your logs, and also articles to further your hormones knowledge.

    The more you give Moody Month, the more it gives you, meaning the more information you log, the more information you receive. I consider tracking and getting to know what phase you are in is a variation of self-care. You guys know because I constantly stress how important I think it is to learn about your body. I even wrote an entire book about the four phases of your cycle coming out this September, and Moody Month is listed as one of my favorite apps in the book!

    after a lot of soul searching.. I almost gave up after a lot of soul searching..

I almost gave up on my dream of being a SAHM while having an income. I thought I would have to choose one or the other. My head was spinning about it. But right before I gave up, an opportunity to sell naturally-based haircare products landed in my lap. Immediately it felt right.

Since then, my confidence has soared because I’ve been able to foster my independence and identity apart from being a mom. Mentally, this has been life-changing.
