This is the BEST recipe I’ve made all summer. Not even joking.
I can’t stop eating it!!!!!!!
Basically, you NEED to make this End-of-Summer Salsa to finish out the last few weeks of warm weather and take advantage of the fresh strawberries, gorgeous heirloom tomatoes, super sweet corn and perfect avocados. All the ingredients mesh together in the BEST way and you get a little bit of everything in one bite! Crunchiness, sweetness, creaminess… and so healthy you guys. I especially love the strawberry and tomato combo because it’s like nothing I’ve ever tried and the juiciness of the two is on another level.
Fresh, simple, sweet and savory – summer in a bowl!
The pictures speak for themselves so this post will be short and sweet. Plus, I want to get up to the lake house and enjoy the long weekend with the fam.
Enjoy and happy labor day weekend!!

I never, ever comment on blogs, but I have to rave about this salsa. My husband and I have been fighting over the bowl! We’ve made it twice this week. Great recipe!
