    Vegan Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs

Deliciously homemade and "healthier" Vegan Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs, using only 5 ingredients! #vegan #easter #treats #reeses

Just in time for Easter weekend! Nostalgic Vegan Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs! Oh the memories…!

Sometimes you need an easy Easter treat that is vegan and that you know people will love. They are SO easy and very hard to mess up haha. Also, peanut butter and melted chocolate… need I say more?! Crowd-pleaser for sure.

These copycat Reese’s peanut butter chocolate eggs will melt in your mouth and you’ll be craving them for days. My mouth is watering just dreaming about them… pretty sure I could eat them all in one sitting.

These heavenly peanut butter eggs are perfect for a “healthier” alternative to store bought sugar-laden and processed candy or Easter treats. They don’t taste fake! They taste real and fresh and delightful. I much prefer to make my own sweet treats these days because I can control the sugar and I know exactly what is in them!

Ready in 35 minutes, these sweet chocolate treats are sure to please!!

You start by mixing the peanut butter, coconut flour and maple syrup (I used my favorite sugar-free maple syrup from ChocZero), until the mixture turns into a doughy-like texture. Then you roll into balls and press down to form an egg-like shape. You freeze them to set for 10 minutes. Then melt the vegan chocolate chips, dip the eggs in to drench them in chocolate-y goodness, freeze for 15 more minutes and dig in. See? Super simple.

    Description

Deliciously homemade and “healthier” Vegan Reese’s Peanut Butter Eggs, using only 5 ingredients!

    Ingredients

    Scale

3/4 cup runny natural peanut butter

2 tablespoons maple syrup (I use this one)

    1 tablespoon coconut flour

    1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips

    1 teaspoon coconut oil

    Instructions

Line a baking sheet or a flat plate with parchment paper.

In a mixing bowl, start by mixing the peanut butter, coconut flour and maple syrup, until the mixture turns into a doughy-like texture.

Take 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball, then press down to form an egg-like shape.

Place on the parchment paper. Recipe will make 8-10 eggs depending on the size you make them.

Freeze them to set for 10 minutes.

Next, melt the vegan chocolate chips with the coconut oil in the microwave in 30 second intervals. To prevent burning, mix the chocolate in between the intervals.

Dip the eggs in to drench them in chocolate-y goodness and lay flat back on the parchment paper.

Freeze for 10-15 more minutes to set. Then dig in!

    Notes

Store in the refrigerator or freezer to prevent melting!

Keywords: healthy, vegan, dessert, reeses, chocolate, peanut butter, cups, eggs, holiday, copycat

Can I use oat flour instead of coconut? I am allergic to coconut!

Whipped these up to add to my freezer for healthy Easter treats. So simple to pull together and a wholesome ingredient list I can get behind! My batch made 12 eggs. I sprinkled half with some pink Himalayan salt. Yum!

FOR MY OILY GIRLS 🦄 These 3 tips have really FOR MY OILY GIRLS 🦄

These 3 tips have really helped me combat the annoying oil to the point where now, I only have to wash twice a week. I’m sure you guys already know that washing LESS helps the scalp to stop overproducing so much oil. So washing less is the goal ⚡️ and I can help you get to this point because I know it’s scary/hard to do. But we also have to remember that oil after a couple days is completely normal, so there is a balance here.

Obviously these tips along with the right shampoo and conditioner for YOU is KEY. If you’d like a free custom consult you can DM me HAIR or take my Hair Quiz linked in my bio 🩷🙂🦄⚡️💅🏻👑🔥💛

Have you checked the ingredients in your skin & ha Have you checked the ingredients in your skin & hair products lately? Your dry shampoo?

The USA bans only 50 ingredients from cosmetics, 500 in Canada and 1300 in Europe! 😱😱 Did you know my products go be European standards?

With the chemicals and environmental pollutants etc that we are exposed to daily that we can’t control, we can choose wisely the products we use and slather on our bodies/heads. Your skin absorbs EVERYTHING you put on it, your skin is your largest organ.

I’m sure you heard about the recall of millions of dry shampoos for containing BENZENE which is a cancer-causing ingredient that you are inhaling and spraying on your scalp multiple times per week. Many of them are STILL on the shelves! 😡 I have a better option for you that does not contain talc (an oil absorber also connected to cancer), propane or butane either, which are all connected to allergies and eye, lung and skin irritations.

Let’s do better for our hormones, skin, hair, health, kids health and environmental health. Let’s get you started on better products that you can trust.

after a lot of soul searching.. I almost gave up after a lot of soul searching..

I almost gave up on my dream of being a SAHM while having an income. I thought I would have to choose one or the other. My head was spinning about it. But right before I gave up, an opportunity to sell naturally-based haircare products landed in my lap. Immediately it felt right.

Since then, my confidence has soared because I’ve been able to foster my independence and identity apart from being a mom. Mentally, this has been life-changing. I love being a mama more than anything and I also love having my own thing. My own business to build. My own income. I’ve realized you really can have the best of both worlds. I’m not just saying that mamas.

Yes it takes work and time to build a business but it’s YOURS and no one else’s. We are so powerful when we put our minds to something. And so productive because we don’t have time to waste.

If you’ve been looking for something like this and want more information on what this partnership would look like, just DM me BIZ and we can chat about it 🩷🩷🩷
